IEEE Conference on Standards for Communications and Networking
6–8 November 2023 // Munich, Germany

CSCN 2023 offers a limited number of travel grants to students who have registered and co-authored an accepted paper in CSCN 2023, on a competitive basis. Each award is subject to travel reimbursement. No more than two students per institution will be supported. No postdocs, faculty, or other senior research personnel may be supported by the grant. These student grants will enable sharing scientific information and stimulating research interests for students in the field of communications and networking.

A student who is awarded a student grant must attend and present the paper at the conference. Payment will only be made to grant recipients who submit the expense report (with receipts) within 45 days after the conference. More details will be provided to the students who are selected to receive a ComSoc Student Travel Grant award.

We encourage participation from underrepresented groups and diverse institutions across all geographical regions. Women, minorities, beginning graduate students, and first-time conference attendees, are especially encouraged to apply.
